ドイツ＾＾笑えた

上昇トレンドは崩れてないけど、ちょっと警戒感が出てきたような。。。
そんなドイツ。

中国系ファンド、日本侵食 半年で東証１部上場株に１兆円
中国系とみられる２つの投資ファンドが、市場を通じて日本企業の株式を大量購入し、９月末時点で東証１部上場企業８５社の大株主となっていたことが２６日、分かった。
時価総額や流動性の高い銘柄に、４～９月だけでも合計約１兆円を投じていた。
中国マネーは日本の観光地やリゾート地の不動産にも流れており、日本での存在感が増している。
多額の資金を日本株に投資していたのは、「ＳＳＢＴ ＯＤ０５ ＯＭＮＩＢＵＳＡＣＣＯＵＮＴ ＣＨＩＮＡ ＴＲＥＡＴＹ ＣＬＩＥＮＴＳ」と「オーディ ０５ オムニバス チャイナ トリーティ ８０８１５０」の２つのファンド。
所在地は豪州・シドニーの同じ住所で、香港に本店のある英系銀行と邦銀がそれぞれ常任代理人を務めている。
ＳＳＢＴの名称からは９月末時点で「ＣＨＩＮＡ（チャイナ）」の文字が消えていたが、ともに中国系とみられる。
ちばぎんアセットマネジメントのアナリスト、安藤富士男氏が東証１部上場企業の約３分の１に当たる５４０社を対象に９月末時点の有価証券報告書などを調べたところ、２ファンドのいずれかが計８５社で上位１０位以内の大株主になっていた。
両ファンドは、３月末時点に行った同様の調査では計３５社の大株主で、４月以降に日本株投資を大幅に拡大したことになる。
有価証券報告書では１０位以下の株主は開示されないため、実際にはもっと多くの日本企業の株式を保有しているとみられる。
市場関係者や株式を取得された企業によると、中国の政府系ファンド、中国投資有限責任公司（ＣＩＣ）や、政府の認可を受けて海外投資ができる機関投資家などが、これらのファンドに資金供給しているという。
両ファンドは２００８年ごろから日本株の購入を始めており、投資先にはみずほフィナンシャルグループ（ＦＧ）など３メガバンクのほか、商社、建設、電機などの優良銘柄が並ぶ。安藤氏は、株が買い増されていけば、スティール・パートナーズなど投資先の経営に口出しする「アクティビスト（もの言う株主）」のような存在になる恐れもあるのではないかと危惧する。
一方、観光地やリゾート地などでは、中国人が土地やマンションを購入する動きも目立っている。
東京都内でも、高級マンションを中心に中国人による投資目的の購入が増えているという。

サンタンデール銀、銀行明細書３万5000件を誤送付
12月23日(ブルームバーグ)：スペインの銀行最大手、サンタンデール銀行は英国内で最大３万5000件の銀行取引明細書を誤った宛先に郵送し、顧客の個人情報が流出した。
同行の広報担当、サラ・デービス氏は23日の電話取材で、印刷ミスによって、当座預金口座保有者の書類に別の顧客の取引明細が表示され、出金内容や分類コード、口座番号の詳細が他人に漏れたことを明らかにした。
英国の情報監督当局ＩＣＯは電子メールで、今回の件でどのような措置が必要かを決定するに当たって、情報保護法に違反するとみられる状況を調査する方針を表明した。
サンタンデールの別の広報担当、アンディ・スミス氏は23日の電話取材で、22日午後に誤送付に気付き、英金融サービス機構（ＦＳＡ）に連絡したとした上で、セキュリティー違反に関する徹底的な調査に着手したと説明した。英国で同行に当座預金口座を持つ顧客の数は約800万に上る。

中国人民銀：0.25％利上げ、２カ月ぶり－インフレ加速に対応
12月26日（ブルームバーグ）：中国人民銀行（中央銀行）は25日、インフレ加速に対応するため、10月以来約２カ月ぶりに利上げを実施すると発表した。人民銀は今後も追加利上げに踏み切る可能性がある。11月の同国の消費者物価指数（ＣＰＩ）は前年同月比5.1％上昇と、２年４カ月ぶりの大幅上昇を記録していた。
人民銀がウェブサイトで発表した声明によると、0.25％の利上げで、１年物貸出金利は5.81％、１年物預金金利は2.75％となる。26日から実施される。
ブルームバーグ・ニュースが今月実施したエコノミスト調査によると、2011年は合計１％の利上げが予想されている。
温家宝首相は不動産価格と消費者物価の上昇抑制を目指している。銀行融資に加え、11月の同国の貿易黒字が予想を上回ったことを反映し、すでにマネーがあふれている中国経済にさらに資金が流入している。
モルガン・スタンレーの香港在勤エコノミスト、王慶氏は今回の利上げについて「中国政府のインフレのコントロールへの決意を示すものだ」と指摘。「銀行は中長期の融資金利を年初に調整するため、政策金利を今引き上げることは、来年１月の利上げよりもはるかに大きな引き締め効果がある」と述べた。
同氏は、来年上期に0.25％利上げが３回実施されると予測している。シティグループのエコノミスト、ケン・ペン氏（香港在勤）は25日に、来年の計１％の利上げを予想した。
今回の利上げは中国指導部が今月３日に「適度に緩和的」な金融政策から「穏健（慎重）」な金融政策への転換を発表して以来初めて。
中国国務院発展研究センター金融研究所の巴曙松副所長は25日、利上げの発表後に国営テレビに対し、利上げはインフレ期待の抑制と消費者物価上昇率と預金金利のギャップを縮小させることを目的としていると語った。
また、同副所長は中国政府が資金流入の規制を強化するだろうと述べたが、具体的な措置には言及しなかった。
ロイヤル・バンク・オブ・カナダ（ＲＢＣ）のストラテジスト、ブライアン・ジャクソン氏（香港在勤）は、「利上げは通常サンタクロースへの願い事のリストには入らないが、今回の中国のケースは賢明な動きだ」と指摘した。

また、同副所長は中国政府が資金流入の規制を強化するだろうと述べたが、具体的な措置には言及しなかった。
ロイヤル・バンク・オブ・カナダ（ＲＢＣ）のストラテジスト、ブライアン・ジャクソン氏（香港在勤）は、「利上げは通常サンタクロースへの願い事のリストには入らないが、今回の中国のケースは賢明な動きだ」と指摘した。
中国英字紙チャイナ・デーリーが17日報じたところによると、中国人民銀の周小川総裁は不安定で急速に変化する世界の状況を理由に、中国当局が利上げに向けて極めて穏健（慎重）なアプローチを取ると述べていた。
このため25日の利上げ発表は、食料品の値上がりが季節的な変動を上回る中で、中国の政策当局者がインフレ抑制をより緊急の課題と判断していることを示している可能性がある。 更新日時: 2010/12/26 13:54 JST

ダイバジェンスとコンバジェンスとヒドゥンダイバー

次にコンバージェンス
３番目と４番目がヒドゥンダイバージェンスと呼ばれるもの。
ダイバージェンスは、上昇過程にある中で、指数は高値更新するもののオシレータが前回高値を抜けず下落してる状態で後の先安感を生む。
コンバージェンスは下落局面にある中で、指数は安値更新するもののオシレータが前回安値を抜けず
上昇してる状態で後の先高感を生む。

そして、自分は最近知ったのだけれども、ヒドゥンダイバージェンスというものが存在するようです。
コンバやダイバは、相場の転換点を探る一つのツールのようなものに対し、
ヒドゥンはトレンド継続を示唆するツールのようなもの。
指数が上昇局面で安値切り上げてる状態で、その時のオシレータが安値を切り下げてる場合は、上昇トレンド維持。
指数が下落局面で高値切り下げてる状態で、その時のオシレータが高値を切り上げてる場合は、下落トレンド維持。
となるよう（ここまでは自分の勉強のため書きしるし。書かないと覚えられないので（泣））
