［東京 ２１日 ロイター］ 個人投資家の投資姿勢が強気に転化した。ロイターが２１日にまとめた１月個人投資家調査では、日本株への投資スタンスを示すロイター個人投資家ＤＩ（「強気」の割合から「弱気」の割合を引いて算出）はプラス８で、昨年４月以来９カ月ぶりのプラスとなった。
金融緩和効果や企業業績の上ぶれ期待に加え、日本株の出遅れ修正が続いていることが背景にある。今年の株式マーケットで最も注目を集めそうなテーマは「中国を含めたアジア市場動向」となった。
調査は、ロイター．ＣＯ．ＪＰの個人投資家向けメールマガジン購読者である全国の個人投資家を対象に実施し、４０７人（男性９６％、女性４％）が回答した。年齢層は２０代が３％、３０代が１０％、４０代が１９％、５０代が２４％、６０代が２８％、７０代以上が１６％。調査期間は１月１１日─１４日。この間、日経平均は一時１万０６００円を回復する場面があった。
１月調査では、今年の株式マーケットで注目を集めそうなテーマについても聞いたところ、１位は「中国を含めたアジア市場動向」、次いで「米国量的緩和政策の行方」と「欧州債務危機の行方」が並び、海外動向に高い関心が示されていることが分かった。一方で「４月の統一地方選など国内政局」は低位となり、政治面への関心は乏しいものとなった。
証券優遇税制の２年延長や法人税減税が、株式投資スタンスに及ぼす影響については、「プラスの影響がある」が全回答の５５％、「影響はない」が４３％、「マイナスの影響もある」が２％だった。
税制改正でプラスの影響があるとの回答をみると「国内景気の足元はまだおぼつかない。リスクをとっての投資を優遇することは日本経済に正しい選択。証券優遇税制の恒久化を望む」（４０代男性）との声が出ていた。「影響はない」との回答をみると「投資意欲を後退させないためにも当然のこと」（７０代以上男性）と落ち着いた見方が示されていた。

「強気」との回答をみると、「世界的な量的緩和が継続する」（４０代男性）、「外国株と比較してまだまだ出遅れ感が顕著」（２０代男性）として、日本株の見直し買いに伴うマネー流入期待が広がっている。為替が安定する中で「企業業績は改善傾向にあるので強気」（６０代男性）との指摘も出ている。日銀短観１２月調査によると、２０１０年度下期の大企業の想定為替レートは、自動車が１ドル８１．８１円、電気機械は８４．５７円。今後も円高修正が続く際は業績の押し上げ要因となる。
一方で「弱気」との回答者からは、「企業は海外展開で生き延びても、国内は雇用不安や赤字財政がある」（５０代男性）として国内の景気回復の遅れのほか、「１ドル７５円もありうる」（５０代男性）として円高懸念が払しょくされていないとの声が出ている。この他に「増税を当然化する風潮はマイナス要因」（７０代以上男性）との声も出ていた。
「現在、投資したい／投資資金を増やしたい株」（複数回答）では割安株や国際優良銘柄、成長株、小型株の人気が揃って上昇した。「現在、投資しようとしている／投資金額を増やそうとしている金融商品」（複数回答）では、国内株式や株式投信、外貨預金などの人気が高まる一方で、預貯金は低下した。「現在、外為証拠金取引（ＦＸ）をしているか、もしくは将来やりたいと思っているか」との質問には２９％が「はい」、７１％が「いいえ」と回答。「はい」との回答は前月から２ポイント低下した。
